RVWO/49/2024 praying for review of the judgment dated 27th November,

2024 passed in GA/1/2021 in CS/163/2020.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that for hearing of the review

application, the record of GA/1/2021 is required.

Accordingly, the department is directed to place the record of

GA/1/2021 in CS/163/2020 in RVWO/49/2024 on the next date fixed.

Counsel for the defendant/respondent prays for time to file affidavit

in opposition in the review application being RVWO/49/2024.

Let affidavit in opposition be filed within two weeks from date; reply

thereto, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.

Let the matter appear on 6th February, 2025.
