Despite service neither there is anyone on behalf of the award-debtor
nor any representation on behalf of Ministry of Law and Justice.
There will be an order in terms of prayer (f) of the tabular statement
which is as follows :
"An order of injunction be passed restraining the award debtor from withdrawing any money from the bank account of the judgment debtor including the one mentioned in paragraph 14 of the affidavit without keeping apart a sum of Rs. 5,73,12,244/-."
Let this matter appear on 21st March, 2025.
It is made clear that if none appears on the returnable date, order in
terms of prayers (g) and (h) of the tabular statement shall be considered.
This order shall be served on Ministry of Law and Justice by personal
messenger and upon the award debtor as well.
