Corporate Persons) Regulation, 2016 to be present before this Court to assist

the same with regard to the actions conducted till date in compliance with the

order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Division Bench, Court

No.II, Kolkata in Company Petition (IB) No.308/KB/2022.
