Despite direction being there an opportunity being granted the

judgment debtor has failed to deposit the sum of Rs.10,000,00/- (Ten

Lakhs) as directed by this Court on November 20, 2025.

On the prayer of the judgment debtor another opportunity is

granted. The judgment debtor shall secure the said sum of

Rs.10,000,00/- (Ten Lakhs) with the learned Registrar, Original Side on

or before January 19, 2026.
