The Court:- The last order dated December 11, 2025 speaks for itself.

Mr. Debasish De, learned Advocate appearing for the decree-holder and Mr. Somnath Gangopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing for the judgment-debtor jointly submit that till today a further sum of Rs.3,50,000/- in addition to the said sum of Rs.3,80,000/- has been paid out of Rs.10,00,000/-.

Therefore, balance Rs.2,70,000/- is payable immediately out of the said sum of Rs.10 lac.

The judgment-debtor shall pay in the identical manner as they have paid previously the said sum of Rs.2,70,000/- positively on or before December 22, 2025.

Mr. Sanjib Kumar Biswal, Director of the judgment- debtor company has undertaken to pay the above sum and he shall be present on the next day when the matter shall appear.

The matter shall appear under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' on December 23, 2025.
