          The Court : The last order dated September 8, 2025 speaks for

itself.

          The decree is dated June 25, 2025 for the principal sum of

Rs.30,000,00/- (Thirty Lakhs) along with interest.

          Mr. Debdut Mukherjee, learned Advocate (vc) appearing for the

judgment debtors submit that the judgment debtors have already

preferred an application for review of the decree which is still pending. The

decree has not been stayed. Learned Advocate for the judgment debtor

prays for an extension of time to file affidavit of assets.

          Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, this

Court is of the view that as the decree has not been stayed, even though

the review application is pending, the judgment debtors without prejudice

to the rights and contentions in the review application must show some

bona fide as the decree stands crystallized against them.

          Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the judgment

debtors in the pending review application, they shall deposit a sum of

Rs.15,000,00/-(Fifteen Lakhs) to show their bona fide with the learned

Registrar, Original Side positively on or before January 15, 2026.

          In the event, such deposit is made, learned Registrar, Original Side

shall keep the said amount in the interest bearing fixed deposit account

with any Nationalized Bank of his choice and shall file a report before this

Court on the next date. Time to file affidavit of assets stands extended till

January 10, 2026.

          The   matter   shall   appear       under   the    heading   "Chamber

Application" on January 29, 2026.
