        The Court:- The instant matters appear under the heading 'To Be

Mentioned'     at    the    instance    of      the     Registrar,      Original

Side.

        Registrar, Original Side has filed a detailed report dated 7th

November, 2025. From the report, it appears that he could not execute the

deed in favour of the Award Holder/respondent no. 2 (SBPL Infrastructure

Ltd.) since the award-debtors have filed 13 objections before the Registrar, 2025:CHC-OS:197

Original Side and, for that reason, he could not finalize the deed which is

required to be executed in view of the judgment and order passed by this

Court on 24th September, 2025. He also prays for some time to finalize

and register the deed of conveyance in favour of the respondent no. 2

(SBPL Infrastructure Ltd.).

It is also informed that hearing of the objections filed by the award-

debtors has already been concluded for final disposal.

Time is extended till 19th December, 2025 and a report shall be

filed on 19th December, 2025.
