Learned Special Officer has submitted the report. Let it be kept with the

records. Copies are already circulated. Learned Advocates for the parties are

requested to take necessary instructions.

It is submitted by Mr. Sen, learned Senior Advocate that some of the

shareholding companies have not submitted the report to the query made by

the Special Officer.

Hence, the shareholding companies are directed to submit their reply to

the Special Officer's letter. Learned Special Officer shall once more seek reply

from shareholding companies with the copy of this order and obtain necessary

report from the shareholders by giving further intimation. In the event

necessary reply is not given by the shareholding companies, the manager or

any competent officer shall appear before this Court on 23 rd September, 2025.

The Manager or the Executive Officer of the UTI Asset Management Co.

Ltd., the Executive Officer or Manager of TSR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and

Executive Officer of Alankit Assignments Ltd. shall submit a specific reply to

the query of the learned Special Officer. In the event the reply is not submitted

on or before 23rd September, 2025, the Executive Officers-in-Charge of the

Management of these companies shall be present in Court.

Let the copies of the order be communicated to the concerned companies

by the learned Special Officer along with further queries.

Learned Special Officer is entitled to a further remuneration of 100 GMs.

Parties are also granted liberty to give further information to the learned

Special Officer.

Fix 23rd September, 2025 for further orders.
