The Court:- On the prayer of Syed E. Huda, learned advocate

for the petitioner, time to file exception of the report stands extended till today.

Exception in the form of affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record. Copy

has been served.

Mr. Debashis Banerjee, Learned advocate shall continue with his

submissions on the next date. However, on the prayer of Mr. Syed E. Huda,

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, he shall also be allowed to place

any further judgment on the next date considering the nature of the issue

involved in this writ petition. Mr. S. E. Huda shall place first on the next date

and then Mr. D. Banerjee shall make his further submissions so that he can

deal with the judgments.

The writ petition shall appear under the heading 'Court Application'

on August 19, 2025.
