The Court:- Learned Advocate for the petitioner/decree holder is

present.

Learned Advocate submits that by an order dated 28th February,

2025 direction was issued upon the judgment debtor to appear on 28th

March, 2025.

It is further made clear in the event the two Directors do not appear,

necessary warrant of arrest will be issued.

As this matter was due to appear on 28th March, 2025 but could not

be taken up, for the interest of justice this Court is of the view that one

more opportunity should be given to the Directors of the judgment debtor,

namely, Mr. Raj Kishore Modi and Mr. Uday Modi to appear before this

Court on 24th April, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

Learned advocate for the decree holder will serve a copy of this order

on the learned Advocate for the judgment debtor.
