1. The petitioner relies on two decisions of co-ordinate Benches in

the cases of Rakesh Sha v. The State of West Bengal, in CRM

(NDPS) 552 of 2023 and Sanjay Kashyap & Anr., in CRM

(NDPS) 1779 of 2023, and says that mere filing of charge-sheet

without CFSL report is insufficient.

2. Let learned Advocate for the State consider the said two

judgments and come back with appropriate instruction on the

next date.

3. List this matter once again on September 20, 2024.
