The appellant and the respondent no. T/claimant agree that a settlement has been reached between the appellant and the respondent no, 1 whereunder subject to payment of sum of Rs. 2 57 478/- and Rs. 25,000/- lying in deposit with the learned Registrar General of this Court along with accrued interestshall be disbursed in favour of the claimant/respondent no. 1,in full and final settlement of his claim arising out of the claim petition which culminated in the judgment and awarded dated 19° May, 2006 passed by the learned Judge, MAC Tribunal, 5° Court Barasat, North 24 Prgs. in MAC case No. 16 of 2005 since renumbered as MAC case No. 1906 of 2006.

The learned Registrar General of this Court is accordingly directed to disburse the aforesaid sum of Rs. 2,57,478/- and Rs. 25,000/- lying In deposit with hinvher along with accrued interest thereon by prematurely encashing the fixed deposit, if necessary, upon proper verification and authentication of the identity of the claimant/respondent ne. 1.
