Award In the cause list the name of "New India Assurance Co. Lid." is being revealed instead it shall be "The Griental irsurance Co. Lid.",

Being agerieved and dissatisfied with the judgment and Award dated 8® February, 2019 passed by the Judge, Motor Accident Clairas Tribunal, Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC-I, Krishnagar, Nadia in Motor Accident Claim Case No. 12 of 2015, the present appeal has been preferred.

Gy the aforesaid award, the learned Judge awarded a sum of Rs. 3,81. 280/- but the apnelliant/claimant being dissatisfied with the awarded amount has prayed for enhancement of the same. ff has been settled between the parties that the appellant/claimant is enfiied to receive further sum of Rs. 22,000/- (Rupees Twenty two thousaral oniy)..

it is directed that the insurance company shall pay Rs. 23,000 f- to the appellant/claimant in addition to the awarded sum within a periad of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. . The TCR, if any, be returned toe the concerned Cenart with a copy of this Award. Concerned official of the Registry is directed to take appropriate Steps at once.

With the above observations and directions, the appeal is disposed of.

This order be supplied to the parties free of cost. in view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand
