The Court: At the time of call, an adjournment is sought on behalf of the

award-debtors. It transpires from the records that previously warrant of arrest

had been issued against the award-debtor no.2 Ketan Madhusudan Shroff.

However, neither has any affidavit of asset been filed by the said award-debtor,

nor is the said award-debtor personally present in Court today at the time of call.

There is no police report as yet furnished, as per the report of the Deputy Sheriff

dated September 26, 2024.

Accordingly, let the warrant of arrest be extended until further order

subject to further requisites being put in by the award-holder in that regard. The

award-debtor no.2 shall file his affidavit of asset by November 8, 2024.

The matter shall be listed on November 14, 2024 next for examination of

the award-debtor no.2.
