The Court:- At the outset, learned Counsel for the award holder submits

that he wants to cross-examination the award debtor no. 2 in part, since he was

furnished with a copy of the documents handed over by learned Counsel for the

award debtor only yesterday.

Learned Counsel for the award debtor no. 4 points out that the said award

debtor is also present in Court. However, for the present, the personal presence

of award debtor no. 4 is dispensed with.

Examination of the award debtor no. 2 is commenced. The documents

handed over by learned Counsel for the award debtor today be kept on record.

The witness is examined in part. The award debtor no. 2 shall be

personally present for further cross-examination on September 26, 2024.
