The Court :- Mr. R. L. Mitra, learned Advocate for the decree holder-

company submits that decree holder-company does not intend to proceed with

the execution case. He informs the Court that he has received a letter in such

regard through e-mail from the decree-holder, who is out of station at present. He

indicates that there is no written instruction with signature of the authorized

signatory of decree holder-company.

In view of the above, learned Advocate-on-record of the decree holder is

directed to place such written instruction of the decree holder-company

pertaining to intention to withdraw with signature of authorized signatory of

decree holder-company.

The presence of the judgment debtor is dispensed with on the next date.

List this matter one week after ensuing Puja Vacation.
