September 5, 2024 are pointed by the writ petitioner/ private respondent in the

appeals.

Shyama Prasad Mookerji Port Trust (SPMPT) is represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the SPMPT does not object to the

corrections sought for on behalf of the writ petitioner/ private respondent in

the appeals.

The errors pointed out being apparent on the face of the record in the

judgment and order dated September 5, 2024 are directed to be corrected as

follows :-

i) In paragraph 1, the date "November 23, 2016" be replaced with

"September 16, 2020";

ii) In paragraph 4, the date "August 6, 2010" be replaced with

"August 3, 2010";

iii) In paragraph 24, the words "Port Trusts" be replaced with "Public

Sector Enterprises".

iv) In paragraph 36, the figure "Rs.10,752" be replaced with

"Rs.10,750".

Department will incorporate such corrections in the judgment and order

dated September 5, 2024.
