The Court :- This is an application for execution of a decree dated 20 th

December, 2023 for a sum of Rs.4,25,86,588/-.

Mr. Satadeep Bhattacharyya, learned Advocate appearing for the decree-

holder, submits that the decree for mesne profit was passed by this Court on 20 th

December, 2023 which has been put into execution since the judgment debtor

failed to make payment of the decreed sum. He informs the Court that though

appeal has been preferred challenging the decree, but no order of stay is passed

in the said appeal. He submits that direction be issued upon the judgment debtor

to furnish affidavit of assets as well as for attachment of bank accounts. He seeks

for order in terms of prayers (f) and (g) of the tabular statement.

Mr. Shashwat Nayak, learned Advocate appearing for the judgment

debtor/UCO Bank, seeks one week accommodation to take instruction from the

judgment debtor.
