The Court:- As per submission of the learned counsel of the

judgment debtor, that the 3rd line of the order dated 29th April, 2024 requires a

small correction.

In view of such submission, the words in 3rd line of the said order

"learned counsel for the judgment debtor" be substituted by the words "learned

counsel for the decree-holder".

All other contents shall remain unchanged.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 29th April, 2024.
