THE COURT: In the order dated 22nd January, 2024 it has been written as "Learned Counsel for the judgment-debtor" which is required to be substituted by the words "Learned Counsel for the intervenors/applicants". All other contents of the said order remain unchanged.

Learned Counsel for the applicants in connection with GA/8/2024 has sought for an accommodation for serving copy of the application upon the parties.

Learned Counsel for the decree-holder has sought for an accommodation for filing affidavit-in-opposition against the application being GA/7/2023.

Learned Counsel for the 19 applicants has submitted that his clients will not file any affidavit-in-opposition against GA/7/2023. The decree-holder shall submit the affidavit-in- opposition as aforesaid within three weeks from date i.e. 16th February, 2024. Parties are at liberty to file reply within two weeks thereafter i.e. by 1st March, 2024.

List this matter on March 4, 2024.

Learned senior Counsel Mr. Lahiri has submitted that the 19 applicants are in possession in the premises. The Joint Receivers are directed to see that no breach of peace is taken place in the concerned premises.
