The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that they do not

want to proceed any further in this proceeding in view of the failure to ascertain

the exact whereabouts of the judgment debtor.

In such circumstances, EC/2/2019 stands dismissed. All interim orders

stand vacated.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application

if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.

Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back a copy of the

original award after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof.
