The Court:- None appears on behalf of the judgment debtor nor is any

adjournment prayed for on their behalf.

By an order dated 8 January, 2024, the judgment debtor had undertaken

to file their Affidavit of Assets. No Affidavit of Assets have been filed till date.

As a last chance, the time to file Affidavit of Assets stands extended till 16

February, 2024.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of March, 2024. The award

holder is directed to serve a notice on the judgment debtor as well as the

Advocate who are appearing on their behalf and file an Affidavit of Service on the

returnable date.

It is made clear that the aforesaid directions are peremptorily in nature

and no further extension would be granted to the judgment debtor. In default of

filing their Affidavit of Assets appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be

passed against the judgment debtors.
