Counsel for the respective parties submit that before change of

determination the earlier Bench has heard the matter in connection with

GA-COM/2/2024 at length and only judgments relied by the parties are to

be distinguished and as such, the parties pray for release of the matter

from the list of this Court so that the matter can be listed before the

appropriate Bench for final hearing.

In view of the above, CS-COM/1/2024 along with all interlocutory

applications are released from the list of this Court with liberty to the

parties to take appropriate steps for listing the matter before the

appropriate Bench.
