             The Court: Let the judgment and order dated December
      14, 2023 stand corrected to the following effect:-
             (i)    In the cause title of the judgment and order, let the
                    prefix 'Smt.' be added to the name of 'Nirmala Devi
                    Jaiswal'.
             (ii)   At page 32 of the judgment and order, in the
                    penultimate paragraph, the year of the suit has
                    been erroneously mentioned as '2013'. It should be
                    'TS-13/2006'.
            Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the
      judgment and order dated December 14, 2023.
