2022" shall stand deleted, as there is no such CAN

filed in the instant case.

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the judgment

dated 15th September, 2023.

4. The other parts of the judgment dated 15 th

September, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of

this order duly downloaded from the official website of

this Court.
