Mr. Dilip Kr. Saha, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioners has made over today a compilation of

judgments to be relied upon on behalf of the petitioners.

A copy of such compilation has also been made

over to Mr. Gourav Das, learned State advocate who

present in Court and is led by Mr. Bhaskar Prasad

Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader.

Mr. Gourav Das learned State advocate submits

that, he shall also make over his compilation of

judgments to the learned advocate on record for the

petitioner in the mean time.
