We are told by learned Advocate for the
appellants that a Special Leave Petition has been filed
against the judgment and order dated July 5, 2023,
passed by a Coordinate Bench in WPLRT 76 of 2022.
However, Registry of the Hon'ble Supreme Court has
indicated certain defects. Such defects will be removed
and the matter will be moved, submits learned
Advocate for the appellants.
As requested, we adjourn this matter for two
weeks and direct it to be listed again on 29.09.2023.
