Mr. Sarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the

petitioners submits that there is two typographical

mistakes in the judgment dated 11th September, 2023

he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the judgment dated 11th

September, 2023, it is revealed that in paragraph 7

(I) instead of "Promotion is a right or service

condition", it should be read as "Promotion is a right

of service condition" and in paragraph 16 instead of

"WPA 9595 of 2023", it should be read as "WPA 6688

of 2022". The other portion of the judgment dated

11th September, 2023 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the

order downloaded from the official website of this

Court.
