The report filed by the Judicial Magistrate, Chinsurah,

Hooghly dated 08.08.2023 through the District Judge, Hooghly

stated that the proceedings arising out of Gurap P.S. Case No.

34 of 2011 dated 27.03.2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.

378 of 2011 had been finally disposed of on 31.03.2021. The

present petitioner has been acquitted. Let the said report be

kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional

application has become infructuous and disposed of.

The learned advocate for the opposite party No. 2

submitted a copy of the judgment. Let the same be kept on

record.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for
