It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned

advocate that in these bunches of criminal revisions

the issue relating to compliance of 202 of the Code

of Criminal Procedure in a complaint under Section

138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is

involved and the similar issue has been heard and

awaited for judgment in CRR 1956 of 2013 and

other related matters.

In view of such circumstances, these bunches

of revisions be listed on 15th September, 2023.
