This matter appears for correction.

It appears that the learned Tribunal has awarded

the medical expenses incurred by the claimants supported

by bill and vouchers of Kolkata Neuro Science amounting

to Rs.40,926/- which must be added along with the

compensation awarded by this Court. The amount was

not added inadvertently. Thus, the amount of medical

expenses to the tune of Rs.40,926/- has to be added with

the total balance. After adding such, the total balance

comes to Rs.54,450/-.

The Insurance Company is directed to pay the

balance amount of Rs.54,450/- according to the direction

given in the Judgment dated 17.8.2023.

Let this order be made a part of the order dated

17.8.2023.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order

duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
