It appears that due to inadvertence, a

typographical errors had crept in the Judgment

dated 30.08.2023 passed by this Court. In the cause

title, the name of the respondent instead of

"Mahendra Kumar", it should actually be

"Manendra Kumar".

The above inadvertent typographical error is

hereby corrected and the Judgment dated

30.08.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this

order.

Other parts of the said Judgment shall remain

unaltered.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied

for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on

compliance of usual legal formalities.
