Due to inadvertence, in the cause title portion of the order dated 14th September, 2023 and order dated 3rd October, 2023, the name of the opposite parties "Smt. Kanan Bala Naskar & Anr." has been wrongly spelt as "Smt. Karan Bala Naskar & Anr." instead of "Kanan Bala Naskar & Anr.".

Let the corrections be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 14th September, 2023 and order dated 3rd October, 2023 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the judgment dated 14th September, 2023 and order dated 3rd October, 2023 if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
