This is an appeal under Section 37 of the

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 from a judgment

and order of the learned court below dismissing the

Section 34 application of the appellant.

We formally admit the appeal.

We give the respondent another chance to appear.

List the appeal and the connected application on

23rd November, 2023.

In the meantime the learned court below shall not

take any further steps in execution of the award till 30th

November, 2023 or until further order whichever is

earlier.
