Learned counsel for the decree-holder has

submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has

affirmed the order dated 20th July, 2022. A copy

of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court

dated 25th September, 2023 is placed before us.

2. The contempt is arising out of non-

payment of occupational charges since 2013 till

the disposal of the appeal. We are of the view

that the said order is executable as a decree.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt

application being CPAN 109 of 2023 is

accordingly disposed of.
