It should be recorded that a coordinate Bench by a judgment dated 19th September, 2023 in WPA 22027 of 2022 has declared that the retirement age of the petitioner before the Court is 65 years and has accordingly directed the Rabinbdra Bharati University to allow the petitioner to serve as an Accompanist teacher till he attains the 65 years of age. The petitioner before the coordinate Bench was an Accompanist teacher. The judgement is a part of the affidavit- in-reply filed on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.
