CAN 2 of 2023 is an application for re-

imposition of the interim order which was passed by

my predecessor on January 10, 2023. His Lordship

directed that the suit may proceed, but the final

judgment shall not be delivered.

It is submitted that the suit is at the stage of

arguments and the same is proceeding.

The suit shall proceed in accordance with law

but the final judgment shall not be delivered till the

disposal of the revisional application.

CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.
