                        Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that CRR

               1941 of 2000 needs to be tagged with the instant case for proper

               identification.

                        The department is directed to list CRR 1521 of 2000

               along with CRR 1941 of 2000 on the next date of hearing. The

               learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the State submits

               that the revisional application is incomplete and the copy of the

               judgments passed by both the learned Trial Courts are not

               available.

                        The department is directed to serve a copy of the

               judgments as aforesaid to both the learned advocates for the

               petitioner as well as the State. Learned advocate for the State

               Mr. Aishek Sinha is to intimate the concerned police station to

               produce the private respondents before this Court on the next

date of hearing.

Let the matter be fixed on October 18, 2023.

A copy of the order be sent to the department for

compliance.

Parties are to act on a server copy of the order duly

downloaded from the official website of this Court.
