The Court:- The judgment-debtor nos. 3 and 4 have surrendered

before the Court and both the judgment-debtors have been examined. Both

the judgment-debtors have deposed that they will file their respective affidavits

of assets by 28th November, 2023.

It may be recorded that a co-ordinate Bench had passed a direction

on 2nd February, 2022 directing the judgment-debtors to file their affidavits of

assets and the judgment-debtors are yet to comply with the direction.
