The Court : Pursuant to an earlier order of Court, the award debtor has
paid a sum of Rs.2 lakhs to the award holder which has been duly received.
Insofar as the balance amount of Rs.6 lakhs is concerned the award debtor has
submitted that the amount would be part in four equal instalments of Rs.1.25
lakhs each. The award debtor is present in person and undertakes that there
shall be no default on his part and the sums will be timely paid in four equal
monthly instalments by 7th of every month commencing from November, 2023.
In default of any one of the instalments, the award holder will be entitled
to execute the entire decree without any reference to the aforesaid
understanding.
In the event, that the aforesaid order is complied with the entire decree
shall be satisfied in full and final settlement.
