The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 24

June, 2019. The award is for a sum of Rs.14,78,589/-. The award has

become final, binding on enforcement and there is no embargo in proceeding

with this application. The judgment debtor has filed the Affidavit of Assets.

By a letter dated 3 October, 2023, the Advocate appearing on behalf of

the award holder had sought for certain clarifications and further

information from the judgment debtor.

Mr. Amritam Mondal, Advocate is present in Court and submits that

the letter has not been replied to and he is ready and willing to furnish all

such information.
