The Court : The Receiver is present and submits that there has been no

co-operation by the judgment-debtors in locating the secured assets.

By an earlier order of Court, the judgment-debtors had provided the

particulars of the subject asset with the aim of handing over the same to the

judgment debtor.

In such circumstances, let there be a warrant of arrest against the

judgment-debtor no. 1.

The Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station where the

judgment-debtor no. 1 resides as well as the Superintendent of Police are

directed to act in accordance with law.

Let this matter appear on 18th December, 2023.
