The Court: It appears from the Report filed by the Deputy Sheriff that

the judgment-debtor no.1 has expired during the pendency of this proceeding.

In so far as the judgment-debtor no.2 is concerned, it appears from the

Report that Mr. Dilip Chakraborty has been found absconding and is evading

arrest.

The Officer in-Charge of the concerned police station having jurisdiction

where the judgment-debtor no.2 resides is directed to file Report as to why no

steps have been taken till date to ensure compliance of the orders of this Court.

Let a copy of this order be served on the Government Pleader who is

requested to appear on the returnable date.

The time to execute the warrant of arrest in so far as the judgment-

debtor no.3 is concerned stands extended till 23 December, 2023.

Let this matter appear on 18 December, 2023.
