The Court: The instant application relates to contumacious violation of a

judgement and order dated 9th August, 2023 by the alleged contemnors.

The petitioner says that the alleged contemnors have transferred certain

amounts from one of the four accounts mentioned in the operative part of the

judgment.

Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that all

the debits have been reversed and the amounts have been put back into the

said account. Counsel hands up documents in support of his contention.

List this matter on 22nd November, 2023 for counsel appearing for the

petitioner to take instructions.
