appeal filed by the award-debtors from an order dated 12th September, 2023

passed by this Court was dismissed.

The order dated 12th September, 2023 had directed the application filed

by the award-debtors challenging the appointment of the Arbitrator to be listed

after six weeks and the examination of the award-debtor to be fixed on a

certain date before that.

Adjournment is prayed for on behalf of counsel appearing for the award-
