In the judgment dated 11th May, 2023, the name of the Trial Court

was wrongly recorded as Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, 5 th Court at Alipore.

Therefore, the words 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate

be treated to be deleted and the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5 th Court be

read in all the places where the words learned Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate appears in the judgment dated 11th May, 2023.

Let this order be made part of the order dated 11th May, 2023.
