The Court: Counsel appears on behalf of the award-debtor and submits

that he is willing to make payment for taking back the possession of the

vehicle.

The report of the Receiver filed in Court be taken on record.

The Receiver has informed the Court that there is a buyer of the vehicle

for a sum of Rs.6,30,000/-.

In light of the above, the award-debtor is directed to come to Court on

10th May, 2023 with a demand draft of Rs.7 lakhs in favour of the petitioner. In

default, the sale shall be confirmed by this Court.

Matter is made returnable on 10th May, 2023.

Leave is granted to Counsel appearing on behalf of the award-debtor to

file Vakalatnama in course of the week.
