The Court: By an order dated 16th December, 2022, there was issuance

of warrant of arrest against the judgment-debtor nos.1, 2 and 3 which remains

unexecuted till date.

The petitioner is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner

that the date for execution of warrant of arrest be extended for a period of 14

weeks.

Let this matter appear after 14 weeks.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court on or before

the returnable date.

The Superintendent of Police is directed to file a report as to why the

warrants of arrest have not been executed till date.
