he has filed two applications in EC/593/2014 which have to be heard along with this execution case.

Learned Advocate appearing for Yudhisthir Agarwal, judgment debtor, has filed a supplementary

affidavit which is taken on record. A copy of the supplementary affidavit has been served upon the learned Advocate

appearing on behalf of the decree holder. Affidavit-in-opposition thereto, if any, may be filed by the decree holder in

the meantime.

Let both the execution cases, namely EC/592/2014 and EC/593/2014 along with their connected

applications appear in the list on March 30, 2023.
