The Court: Counsel on behalf of the petitioner in the Section 34

application submits that the dispute is commercial in nature and the matter is

required to be transferred to the Commercial Division.

In light of the same, AP/370/2018 and EC/367/2018 are directed to be

transferred to the Commercial Division.

Parties are directed to take steps in their applications so that the same

can be converted into a matter before the Commercial Division.

Department is directed to assist the petitioner in this regard.

Let both the matters appear four weeks hence.

Affidavit-in-opposition and reply filed in the Section 34 application be

taken on record.
